I. Monthly Active Recipients
In accordance with Escorts Realm’s obligations under digital services legislation, we estimate that the average monthly recipients* of the Escorts Realm service in Australia from 1 July 2024 up to and including 31 December 2024, is well above 100,000.
This is only an estimate and is based on the data available to Escorts Realm at this time. This estimate is required to be published under applicable legislation and should not be used for any other purpose. The methodologies used to estimate average monthly recipients require significant judgement and design inputs, are subject to data and other limitations, and inherently are subject to statistical variances and uncertainties. This estimate may be revised upwards or downwards as Escorts Realm refines its approach and in response to the publication of methodology by regulatory authorities.
* “recipient of service” is defined to mean ‘any natural or legal person who uses an intermediary service, in particular for the purposes of seeking information and making it accessible’. This requires counting users to whom information was displayed by the Escorts Realm service, even if that user did not make a booking.
II. Ads Repository
Escorts Realm has created an ad repository to comply with its regulatory obligations. This repository contains information about advertisements that have been shown on the Escorts Realm website.
III. Transparency Report
Escorts Realm has prepared a transparency report to comply with its regulatory obligations. This report provides insights into the content moderation activities that we engaged in during the reporting period, including the volume and nature of content removed from our platform and removal requests received from public authorities and users.
IV. Systemic Risk Assessment, Mitigation Measures Completion and Audit (Implementation) Reports
To comply with its regulatory obligations, Escorts Realm has prepared the following additional reports:
- 2024 reports setting out the results of our annual Systemic Risk Assessment
- 2024 Mitigation Measures Completion report detailing the measures Escorts Realm has put in place to mitigate risks identified in our 2024 risk assessment
- Audit report concerning Escorts Realm’s compliance with applicable regulations
- Audit Implementation report which sets out the measures Escorts Realm intends to implement in view of the operational recommendations received from the auditor
